General

The two wedding photography packages listed below are meant to serve as a guideline only. We have designed our wedding photography packages based on past demand, but we are always willing to custom tailor the wedding photography package to your personal tastes.

Our mission is to provide high quality photography in a digital format at an affordable price, the key to this is giving you the rights to reproduce the digital files.

Photographers and Assistants

We shoot all weddings ourselves - we do not subcontract out any of our weddings to third party photographers. Elvi acts as a combination of assistant and second photographer for all wedding packages.

Equipment

In terms of equipment, we have gone completely digital for image capture and processing. The image quality of the latest cameras exceeds the quality provided by film and allows us to change film speed on demand. Enabling us to capture moments that would not have been possible using film.

We shoot the entire wedding on high resolution Canon sigital cameras and we carry redundant backup equipment to ensure that your images are captured and securely backed up on the day.

We use a range of professional quality lenses that offer the best image quality.

What’s included in our wedding photography packages?

Digital Images

We supply your images on DVD(s). These images are supplied in two resolution formats:

high resolution suitable for enlargements

low resolution suitable for emailing and web site creation

You get your images plus Limited Reproduction Rights along with your package - this is the equivalent of giving you the negatives. This allows you to make your own enlargements and copies of your wedding photography at any photo store of your choice at a fraction of the price it would cost you to have the photographer do it for you. You are not tied to ordering your reprints or enlargements from us!

Albums

Over the years we have noticed that our brides all have such diverse personal tastes when it comes to the creation of their wedding albums. Therefore we have significantly discounted the prices of our wedding photography and eliminated the Albums from our packages. This allows the bride to choose her own type of album and create her own style of wedding album. We limit our services to professionally photographing your wedding, supplying the digital images, and giving you the reproduction rights to all the images.

Travel

We are always happy to travel to your chosen destination. Charges for travel outside our normal area are added to your package price.

Finally, we are happy to provide coverage for International weddings subject to local laws and we can provide a quotation upon request.

DELUXE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

This is one of our more popular packages. The Deluxe Wedding Photography Package is designed for our more discerning wedding couples who want thorough coverage of the most important day of their lives. We ensure that there is sufficient time allocated for family & friends group photographs, bridal photography, as well as full coverage of both the wedding ceremony and the reception.

The Deluxe Wedding Photography Package includes:

Coverage from the bride getting ready at home to the first dance (including dinner and speeches as required - great for sunset shots in Spring/Summer/Autumn). capturing approximately 500-700 images.

We select the best images and supply them on DVD.

Approximately 450-600 professionally processed images.

All images are supplied in 2 formats a high resolution suitable for enlargements and a lower resolution suitable for emailing and internet usage.

Reproduction rights are assigned to you allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements.

PREMIER WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

Our Premier Wedding Photography Package is designed for the young couple starting out on life with a tight budget, but who still insist on the best in professional wedding photography.

The Premier Wedding Photography Package includes:

Coverage from the leaving the brides home to the start of the meal, capturing approximately 300 - 600 images.

We select the best images and supply them on DVD.

Approximately 300-400 professionally processed images.

All images are supplied in 2 formats a high resolution suitable for enlargements and a lower resolution suitable for emailing and internet usage.

Reproduction Rights are assigned to you allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements.

ADD ON PACKAGES

In addition to the above packages we can offer additional add-ons such as the pre and post wedding shoots. One or both of these can be added to capture a little more to your wedding story and allow more relaxed time for photographs without the time pressures and stresses of the big day. That nice sunset shot on the beach can be taken without worrying about the sand...etc.
